Between sessions, explore our pedagogical content structured according to the flipped classroom principle, allowing you to assimilate theoretical concepts at your own pace.
SUPERVISION MECHANISM

PRACTICE

Patricia is an EMCC-accredited senior coach practitioner with 30 years' extensive professional experience at Price Waterhouse (CCP), Oracle and the United Nations. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Maîtrise from Paris-Dauphine, and was awarded the prestigious 2021 International Coaching Award by the EMCC in 2022, guaranteeing the high quality of our program.

Trained in non-violent communication, coaching (HEC Paris coaching school) and with an MBA from London Business School, he plays a key role in developing and updating the pedagogical content of our program..

Claude has been coaching managers and executives since 2015. Previously, he held General Manager positions, both within multinationals (EXXON MOBIL) and on his own, having been able to take over some of EXXON's activities in West Africa.
